Mimosa’s goal is that of achieving Zero Harm in all its operations. In pursuit of this, an initiative of integrating people and safety strategies has been implemented over the years. This culminated in the achievement of the Zero Harm objective in April 2021 after having recorded 365 consecutive days without a lost time injury.

Our other notable achievements include a cumulative total of 6 466 687 fatality-free shifts at the end of the FY24/25 first half.
