Development Programmes

Mimosa has a Human Capital Development department that specifically deals with training and development of employees. University graduates from recognized universities with at least an upper second degree class are recruited for a graduate trainee programme which focuses on management development for a period of 24 months. Mimosa assists tertiary students seeking internship for purposes of exposure while fulfilling the requirements of their undergraduate studies. The internship programme provides tertiary students with the opportunity to gain first-hand experience in the business environment.
