As the drive to vaccinate the population to achieve herd immunity. Mimosa partnered with the Ministry of Health and Child Care in accelerating the vaccination programme particularly in Zvishavane through establishing vaccination centres in residential and rural areas around Zvishavane. This initiative has seen Zvishavane district being one of the districts with highest number of people who have received the Covid-19 vaccine.

Mimosa has positively contributed to ensuring that stakeholders in various residential areas in Zvishavane urban and rural communities are vaccinated. The program is helping to remove barriers to vaccination by providing equitable and convenient access to vaccines.

Mimosa is also building awareness, investing in educating the community and increasing confidence about the Covid-19 vaccine through radio programmes.
